Welcome to The Jade Nail Room! I’m Kim! I’ve been a licensed nail technician for over 14 years and my goal is to help you achieve beautiful, healthy nails you’ll love. I specialize in structured gel nails and dry/Russian manicure & pedicure services, always working gently to care for your natural nails. When you visit, you’ll enjoy a private and relaxing space where your comfort and nail health come first. I can’t wait to see you! ✿By booking an appointment, you will be agreeing to my policies. Please read through them carefully prior to booking to minimize any confusion. ~STUDIO POLICY~ ✿Photo and Video Consent✿ By booking an appointment with me, you consent to having photos and videos of your nails taken to add to my portfolio and for advertising purposes. If you would like to opt-out to having your nails photographed or shared, no worries, just let me know during your appointment ✿Cancellation/Lateness/No Show✿ Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Notice less than 24 hours will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booked service No shows and same day cancellations are subject to the cancellation fee of 100% of the total booked service and you may be required to pay a deposit before booking future appointments No showing more than 2 times (does NOT have to be consecutive shows lack of respect for my time and work. This will result in deposit forfeiture, 100% cancellation fee and you will be banned from booking future appointments If you are more than 15 minutes late, with or without notice, I may not be able to accommodate you. This will be considered a no-show and the 100% cancellation fee will apply I reserve the right to refuse service. I DO NOT tolerate any rude, disruptive, or aggressive behavior towards me or anyone else in the salon space. If I notice this behavior from you at any point during your appointment, I will stop the service and ask you to leave. 100% of the cancellation fee will be charged for my time. ✿Scope of Practice✿ As per the Alabama State Board of Cosmetology, I am required to stay within my scope of practice. I cannot work on damaged, inflamed or infected skin and nails. If you have any concerns about the condition of your nails, please message me before your appointment to provide photos of your nails so that I can assess them. Failure to do so may result in me unable to service you at the time of your appointment and a 100% cancellation fee will still be applied ✿Refunds✿ If you are unsatisfied with your nails, please communicate any changes you'd like during the appointment. All work is considered final once the service is complete and no refunds will be given ✿After-Hours and Holiday Appointments✿ After-hours and Holiday appointments may be available upon request by texting 251-209-5636 or DM on my instagram page. I will get back to you as soon as I can. - An additional fee of $15 will be applied to all appointments at and after 7pm - An additional fee of $30 will be applied to Holiday appointments ✿Modeling✿ Occasionally, I will post on Instagram stories looking for models to test out new products, services, or to create designs I want to add to my portfolio. Model appointments provide you with services at a discounted rate in exchange for my creative control and mandatory photo/video sessions throughout the service. To qualify, models must be willing to: - Commit to the full appointment time - Send photos of current nail condition - Have photos and videos taken during and after the process. - Give me full creative control on shape, color, and design choice* *depending on the model service booked If you are unable to fulfill the time or hand-modeling requirement or no longer wish to continue the modeling session, the set will be switched to a regular set and charged regular price.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/rescheduling with less than 24 hours of notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled services.
No shows/same day cancellation within less than 12 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of scheduled services.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, with or without notice, I may not be able to accommodate you. This will be considered a no-show and the 100% cancellation fee will apply
I reserve the right to decline service if the condition of a client's nails, toenails, or skin appears unhealthy and requires medical attention. If you have any concerns about the condition of your nails, please message me before your appointment to provide photos of your nails so that I can assess them. Failure to do so may result in me unable to service you at the time of your appointment and will charge a 100% cancellation fee.
I require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment slot and protect my time in the case of late cancellations or no shows. I understand things can happen and in the event of a true emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be transferred towards future services.
